What is Lupus and can I have it in my Feet?

Lupus is an inflammatory disorder that can be very painful.

In general terms, your immune system becomes hyperactive.

Under normal conditions the immune system produces antibodies to help ward off disease.

In the case of  Lupus, the immune system goes a bit crazy and produces so many antibodies that they begin to attack healthy cells as well as diseased ones.
