Returns Policy: All Prolotex Products carry a 90 day customer satisfaction guarantee!

Returns: If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item(s) for a refund of the purchase price less a 15% re-stocking fee. We cannot refund original shipping fees unless there was a order error on our part.

Exchanges: There are no restocking fees if you need a different size or would like to exchange your goods for different products. Additional shipping fees will be charged.

Instructions:

Step 1)	Request your RETURN AUTHORIZATION number: REQUEST RA#. We will forward you your personal RA# via email. For prompt customer service please provide: Your Full Name Your Full Address Your Phone Number Your Order Number Your Invoice Number The Date of your order If the garments have been worn The reason you are requesting an RA# When submitted, your request is sent to our returns department for approval. When approved, you will be sent an email with a return authorization number. If your return request is denied, you will be notified as to the reason and how to obtain further assistance. All decisions of the returns department are final. Please follow these directions carefully and check all information before submitting.
Step 2)	Print & fill out and include this RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM: RA FORM PDF File
Step 3)	Include a copy of the original invoice.
Step 4)	Carefully box the goods in their original packaging.

Step 6)	Attention US & International Customers: Clearly label the envelope "Canadian Manufactured Goods Being Returned" with a Dollar value of $0.00 Improperly returned merchandise may not be accepted or may be assessed a fee to cover the cost of Canadian customs duty and taxes. The US Customs forms are GREEN, and most International ones are WHITE. We suggest you purchase insurance for your own protection. Do not use UPS, FedEx etc. to return items as the packages will get delayed at customs and additional fees will be incurred.
